Salary: £40,000 per year
Central House is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our leadership team.
About the Role
As Service Manager, you will oversee:
4 Ofsted-regulated semi-independence support accommodation services across Hayes,Greenford and Hounslow
Our Step-Down Services (18+) in Hounslow and Hayes
You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes for young people transitioning to independence.
You will be fully supported in your role by:
Our Registered Manager/Operations Director
Our Compliance Director
A team of four Senior Support Workers and dedicated Support Workers who assist in the daily running of services
Requirements
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent)
Proven experience of working with young people aged 16–18
Strong background in managing challenging behaviour
Experience supporting young people who may be at risk of exploitation, involvement in gang activity, or substance misuse
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Passion for achieving positive outcomes for young people
