Job Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
3. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
4. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
5. Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
6. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
7. Supporting team by performing tasks related to the organisation and strong communication
8. Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
9. Anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Administrator' should have:
10. Proven administrative or assistant experience
11. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
12. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
