Junior Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator

We’re now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HSE Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in Health & Safety while gaining practical experience and professional qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting in developing and maintaining Health, Safety & Environmental systems and processes.
* Helping to carry out risk assessments and workplace inspections.
* Supporting with HSE policies, procedures, and safety communications.
* Getting involved in audits, incident investigations, and safety reporting.
* Helping deliver inductions and promoting a positive safety culture.
* Carrying out essential HSE administration and coordination tasks.
What We’re Looking For
* Some previous experience (1–2 years) in HSE administration or a related role with transferable skills is helpful but not essential.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, positive approach with a genuine interest in Health & Safety.
* Willingness to learn and work towards professional HSE qualifications.
Desirable
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or food production.
* A Health & Safety-related qualification (or an interest in working towards one).
This role is an ideal first step for someone who wants to develop a long-term career in Health & Safety. You’ll receive structured training, hands-on experience, and mentoring to help you grow into a confident HSE professional.
