* Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
* Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and techniques to continually improve your skills.
Skills
* Strong bartending skills with a solid understanding of various drink recipes and preparation methods.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Excellent hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Basic maths skills for managing cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
* Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
