What We’re Looking For A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years. A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a nursery or early years setting. Experience working in or a strong interest in the pre-school age group. Good knowledge of the EYFS and an understanding of how to support school readiness.
