Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ashford
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 OTE £29K-£31K
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Job Description
An exclusive client based in Ashford is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The role involves managing the existing client base, addressing queries, and updating the CRM system.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the support team with client inquiries and coordinate follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Resolve troubleshooting issues using client portals.
3. Manage the shared inbox and handle phone calls, including courtesy calls to clients.
4. Over time, develop into an account manager, becoming the primary contact for clients.
5. Process orders and update the CRM with relevant information.
6. Create tickets for troubleshooting and follow up to ensure hardware and software functionality.
Requirements
* Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Experience handling difficult clients.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
* Outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
* Ability to work in the office five days a week.
