My client, a market-leading medical services group, is experiencing continued growth and success and is now seeking a skilled PA / Medical Secretary to join their team. This is a key role supporting the Operations Director and the wider organisation, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing and professional healthcare environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of operational and governance activities across the business. You will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently while supporting senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Organise, coordinate, and attend key internal and external stakeholder meetings
* Manage complex diaries and meeting schedules across the wider team
* Take detailed, accurate, and concise minutes, recording actions and ensuring documentation is well organised and securely stored digitally
* Support the delivery and administration of the digital SMO service
* Ensure incidents and complaints are risk assessed, investigated, and supported by robust action plans to mitigate outstanding risks
* Support incident and complaint audits when required
* Collate, analyse, and prepare data for reports, sharing findings and organisational learning

About You

* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A practical problem-solver with a common-sense approach
* Previous experience in a PA, Medical Secretary, or similar healthcare/regulated environment is highly desirable

Salary - £35,000 – £36,000
