Job Description
The Commercial Project Manager will:
1. Provide overall leadership to entire project team
2. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
3. Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
4. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
5. Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
6. Manage budget and financial reporting
7. Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
8. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
9. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Project Manager will have the following:
10. 6+ years experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
11. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
12. OSHA certification preferred
13. Proficient in project management software
14. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Background in Industrial Projects.
