The Role |

* Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards in the kitchen. Understand the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identify opportunities.
* Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development. Commit to fostering personal and professional growth.
* Be a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
What We Look For |
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations and support your team.
* Proven experience ensuring food, health, and safety standards are met.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including GP and stock control.
* Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to flourish in their roles and careers.
* Passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and belonging.
* A proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
