Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Lead Generation and actioning.
*
Client Meetings & Meeting Reports
*
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
*
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate selection.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
*
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction sector.

Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific recruitment needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
