The Roles
As part of our continuing growth, we are seeking talented, enthusiastic, and motivated job-running architects and/or architectural technologists to assist with the design and delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Applicants must have exceptional design capabilities, technical knowledge and construction detailing ability, with at least 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar job role. Excellent CAD skills are a priority, and BIM modelling experience would be beneficial.
We promote a strong collaborative ethos, and, therefore, a team-focused attitude is essential. You would play a key role in helping to establish and maintain close working relationships with clients, design teams and contractors.

Key Requirements
* Architects to be fully qualified and ARB-registered. Chartered RIBA membership also preferred, but not essential.
* Technologists/technicians to hold suitably recognised qualifications, with CIAT membership advantageous.
* 5+ years post-qualification experience working on medium-large scale commercial projects, preferably within the hospitality and/or education sectors.
* Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA work stages.
* Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, and principles of sustainability.
* Excellent CAD skills are essential. The practice runs Vectorworks software on Apple Macs - experience of this is preferable, but full training will be given.
* BIM modelling and 3D visualisation skills would also be beneficial.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
* Work well individually and as part of a team.
* Contract administration and principal designer experience would be welcomed.
