Copyright & Archive Coordinator Permanent Manchester Salary: £26,000 - £29,500 Hybrid Working - min 2 days per week in office If you enjoy working with detail, supporting others and taking pride in delivering a great service, this could be a role where you really thrive. As the Copyright & Archive Coordinator, you will play an important part in supporting our work and protecting the content that helps millions of learners every year. You will support the day-to-day work of the copyright and archive team, helping to make sure material is used responsibly and stored carefully. Your work will help protect our content, support colleagues across AQA and make information easy to find and use. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and need to have a good understanding of copyright law. You'll have the freedom to work independently, supporting two Copyright & Archive Managers and use your initiative to prioritise and co-ordinate a range of work. You'll pride yourself on your outstanding customer service and you won't be phased by the prospect of lending library software and archival database systems in addition to M365 suite. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Managing and responding to copyright and archive enquiries in a clear and professional way Coordinating copyright requests and records to ensure material is used correctly Supporting the upkeep of the archive and library, including maintaining accurate records What's in it for you This role gives you the chance to work on meaningful activity that supports education nationwide.
