What You'll Do:
* Lead all things HR: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, engagement
* Partner directly with site leadership to craft and implement people strategies
* Take a hands-on, experimental approach - try new ideas, iterate and learn
* Manage your function end-to-end, backed by a supportive, people-first site lead
