Your new companyOur client is a manufacturer with partnerships across the globe. They are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to start immediately on a 3-month temporary contract with the idea to go permanent.
Your new roleAs the Accounts Assistant you will support the Finance Manager alongside;
* Purchase Ledger including supplier account setup
* Sales Ledger including daily invoicing / credit note processing
* Daily banking
* Processing of employee expense claims
* Company credit card reconciliation
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience as a accounts assistant
* Experience working with Microsoft 365
* Experience with Sage (Essential)
* Ability to work independent and in team environment
* Strong excel skills
