The Multi Trade Operative role: Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities. Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative: You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
