Senior Visual Designer (Brand & Creative)
Location: Remote, within ±2 hours of UK time (GMT/BST)
Salary: £60–70k (DOE + Benefits)
Type: Full-time | Start ASAP
I’m working with a fast-growing client in the climate tech space who are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join their small but dynamic design team.
They operate one of the leading carbon removal marketplaces, trusted by major tech companies. With an ambitious roadmap, they want someone to elevate their brand and marketing design—making science-backed carbon removal credible and compelling.
The Role
* Lead brand and marketing design across decks, events, campaigns, and more
* Transform complex climate concepts into simple, beautiful visuals
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, Product Designer, and freelance creatives
* Replace their current freelance designer, with a 3-month handover period
What they're looking for
* A natural visual storyteller, able to distill complex ideas into engaging narratives
* Strong grounding in clean, Swiss-style design with a creative twist
* Experience in brand, marketing, and event design
* Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (startup/agency experience preferred)
