The Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the school’s specialist team. 6. A calm, patient, and caring approach
7. Confidence in adapting support for different needs and abilities
8. A commitment to helping every pupil progress at their own pace
9. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, but not essential with strong SEND experience
What’s in it for you:
10. Weekly pay through PAYE (no umbrella deductions)
11. Free access to accredited training, including SEND specialisms
12. Wellbeing support, staff counselling, and wellbeing events
13. Birthday leave – because you deserve the celebration
