Behaviour Support Lead

Position: Behaviour Lead

Location: Blackpool, Mainstream Primary School

Start Date: September 2026

Pay: Competitive rates of pay between £14.25 - £15.30 per hour

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Lead, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting students in their social, emotional, and academic development. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement behaviour management strategies that ensure a safe and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement school-wide behaviour policies and strategies.
* Provide support and guidance to students, helping them understand and adhere to behavioural expectations.
* Create and monitor individual behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
* Lead staff training on effective behaviour management techniques.
* Foster a positive school culture that encourages respect, responsibility, and resilience.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in behaviour management within a school setting.
* A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students.
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners.
