Offer description

Perfect Group, a fast-growing national Removals, Storage, and Furniture company, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator, based at our HQ in Horsham.

As part of our busy operations team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth coordination, maintenance, and compliance of our company's fleet of over 45 vehicles, including cars, vans, Luton's, and HGV lorries. On occassion, this may require travelling between our four branches in Horsham, Walsall, Hertdford and Exeter to oversee this. You will serve as a key point of contact between our drivers, garages, and vehicle suppliers: keeping the fleet roadworthy, cost-efficient, and fully compliant at all times.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Oversee and coordinate the company fleet, ensuring vehicles are serviced, MOT'd, repaired, and fully roadworthy.

· Manage vehicle breakdowns, courtesy/rental replacements, and liaise with garages to minimise downtime.

· Work with the operations team to source and procure new vehicles, including negotiating prices and finance agreements with dealerships.

· Ensure vehicles are correctly insured, compliant, and stocked with necessary safety/sundry items (e.g. first aid kits, fire extinguishers).

· Handle insurance, claims, and related documentation on behalf of the company.

· Set up and maintain trackers and vehicle fobs for new drivers.

Competencies / Abilities:

· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

· Proactive and assertive: pushes to get things done rather than waiting for others.

· Confident negotiator, able to secure the best deals and challenge suppliers when needed.

· Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships.

· Reliable, detail-focused, and capable of working independently while supporting the wider team.

· Problem-solver with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude.

Benefits:

£25,000-£27,000 DOE + bonus for hitting KPI

Monday to Friday, 9-5pm
