Our Sales Advisor Opportunity:
In this Retail Sales Advisor role you will:
* Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles and additional products
* Guide customers confidently through every stage of their purchasing journey – from initial enquiry and test drive through to vehicle handover
* Discuss finance options including cash or car loans, negotiate the sale price of the vehicles including possible trade‑in values
* Maximise sales opportunities – working towards vehicle sales and profit targets whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
* Proactively prospect new and existing customers to maintain your database and encourage repeat business
* Support the Sales Administrators with accurately processing all documentation relating to vehicle sales including vehicle orders and finance agreements
About You:
* Have a real drive and desire to achieve results and deliver exceptional service
* Able to build outstanding customer relationships, exceeding their expectations in every element of their buying experience
* You’re confident, professional and personable
* You have excellent communication and organisational skills
* You’re comfortable discussing finance and associated products
* Confident Excel user
* A full UK driving licence
Automotive industry or vehicle sales experience would be preferable; however, we will consider applicants with a proven sales track record outside of the industry.
Hendy Induction – please be advised that any new starters joining the business from the 1st June will in their first week be expected to attend a structured induction programme that will involve 2 days at our training academy in Portsmouth. More details will be shared at interview.
