About the Role
As a Housing Estate Inspector, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of our Estates within the community, working closely with the neighbourhood team.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the on-site point of contact responsible for conducting inspections of our Estates
* Be responsible for carrying out regular scheduled inspections of internal and external areas on our Estates
* Report repairs or Health & Safety concerns and follow up
* Monitoring and recording performance of contractors
* Produce comprehensive reports outlining issues and recommendations
* We're looking for a dedicated Housing Estate Inspector to join our growing team, who is a forward-thinking individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and who has a can do attitude. You must be resilient, confident, like a challenge, have passion, and have a firm focus on excellent customer service. Previous experience in property/Estate management, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid driving license, A proactive approach to Estate Management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Flexible attitude and attention to detail
* Strong customer service skills with ability to be firm but have empathy
* Have a good understanding of safeguarding issues around vulnerable adults and children
