Deputy Children's Manager – Northampton Area - £16.93 Per Hour - Plus Bonus! - Full time Position
About The Home
We are happy to be working with a fantastic Children's Home whos goal is helping children and young people, which is at the heart of everything they do. Their vision is to provide support and care for children/young people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours, promoting independence and choice.
What You Will Need to Succeed as a Deputy Manager:
* Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations
* Lead, motivate, and manage staff and home resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved
* Ensure the home exceeds regulatory standards
* Meet and exceed the key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance
Deputy Manager Requirements:
* Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare
* At least 2 years supervisor experience within a children’s home
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager is desirable
* Good knowledge of Ofsted
* Good knowledge of safeguarding and legislation
* Strong, energetic leader
* Computer literate
* Organised and able to multitask
