Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain systems engineering artefacts to support AAD platform architecture and delivery.
* Create system models that provide a clear, coherent and maintainable source of truth for platform design.
* Drive technical alignment across domains, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and meet programme goals.
* Support evidence‑based decision making, evaluating design options and resolving complex cross‑functional issues.
* Contribute to future vehicle architecture concepts and continuously improve systems engineering practices.
* Demonstrate broad systems engineering expertise across concept design, requirements, architecture and quality activities.
* Understand AUTOSAR, embedded systems and operating systems such as QNX, Linux or Android.
* Apply experience of developing embedded systems or ECUs within complex environments.
* Interpret complex system concepts quickly and translate them into practical solutions.
* Design new vehicle features and system concepts with a structured, analytical approach.
