Role Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead a team of Cashiers, Lead Cashiers, and Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with other Assistant Store Managers, share responsibilities, and develop skills in service, risk, and people management. You will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in creating fans and enhancing our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in supervising the team and operational activities
* Inspire and nurture colleagues by exemplifying our values
* Assist customers with complex queries and handle complaints to resolution
* Coordinate team schedules and provide leadership
* Support colleagues’ development and participate in store events
* Look for ways to surprise and delight customers
