D365 F&SCM HR Consultant
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: hybrid (1-2 days per week in Lincolnshire)
Pay: INSIDE IR35, negotiable
Join a leading global consulting firm's Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP). We're seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant to collaborate with business users and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
* Convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
* Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality.
* Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-User Training.
* Lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery.
* Facilitate client meetings and drive decision-making.
* Provide weekly status reports to the project team.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience with D365 HR, AX 2012, and key HR modules.
* Minimum 3-4 end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
* Experience with data migration in D365 HR.
* Solid communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
* Ability to work remotely with regular client-site travel.
