Job Description
My client is a diverse public sector organisation committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. They are currently seeking a skilled HR Systems Data Specialist to join their HR Systems & Data team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Within your new role as HR Systems & MI Advisor, you will work collaboratively with HR Systems and HR colleagues across the organisation, ensuring a first-class HR systems and management information service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support business-as-usual activities within the HR systems team.
* Extract, manipulate, and report on large datasets.
* Produce and investigate detailed reports.
* Write and execute SQL queries.
* Work with SAP and Oracle systems (experience with either is preferable).
* Utilise SMTP mail relay and S-Sharp for data management. (Desirable)
* Automate processes using Microsoft VBA. (Desirable)
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Advanced Excel skills are crucial.
* Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.
* Strong analytical and methodical thinking.
* Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
