Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a role where you can make a difference? Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team in this fully office based role in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries over the phone and email. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless service experience for every customer.
Customer Service Administrator - What you’ll be doing:
* Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly.
* Logging customer enquiry details accurately into the system.
* Keeping customers fully updated.
* Supporting your colleagues and adapting to the team’s workload when needed.
* Working in line with agreed processes, KPIs, and service standards.
Customer Service Administrator - What we’re looking for:
* A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
* Previous experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year, ideally telephone-based).
* Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with IT systems.
* A positive team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
