Key Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
* Support small groups of students to enhance their learning.
* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with specific needs, including SEN.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams.
* Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different schools and age groups.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Patient, caring, and supportive nature when working with children.
* Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required.
