A capable and organised SEND & Pastoral Administrator is required to provide administrative support for the Inclusion and Pastoral teams. The role involves maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of pastoral and SEND provision.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate SEND and pastoral records and liaise with parents and external agencies.
Support the organisation of interventions, EHCP reviews, and behavioural tracking.
Handle day-to-day queries from students, parents, and staff.
Prepare reports, data sets, and correspondence as required.
Essential Criteria
Excellent administrative, organisational, and IT skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in SEND or pastoral administration (or a willingness to develop these skills).
Commitment to safeguarding and equality principles.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
