The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take responsibility for both the strategic direction and operational management of the finance function. This is a hands‑on leadership role, requiring someone who is equally comfortable delivering strategy as they are improving processes at a granular level.
You will play a central role in:
* Leading and developing the finance function
* Driving improvements in systems, controls, and procedures
* Strengthening financial performance and supporting business growth
* Providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial requirements
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience within the legal sector
* Strong strategic and commercial mindset, combined with a hands‑on approach
* Experience of implementing change and improving financial processes
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior level
* Energetic, driven, and solutions‑focused
