Work with our Training Advisers in our Agriculture North Island Team to ensure learners and employers are supported throughout their learning journey. The Administrator provides coordination and administration support to Training Advisers, ensuring training and customer data is maintained, including customer service support.
Duties for this role will include to:
Support other Administrators in the pod when requiredAssist Training Advisors to report and monitor learners’ completion ratesPerform administration tasks Maintain training and customer dataEngage with learners and providers to provide information and advice.This ermanent, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) and would ideally be based within the Waikato Region, in which you would be Home Office Based.
Skills & Experience
You will ideally have:
High level experience in administration and customer service, particularly using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemIntermediate experience with Microsoft 365, including data entryAn ability to re-prioritise and adjust to new circumstancesInitiative and a process driven mindsetPride and responsibility in your outcomesExcellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills Knowledge about the primary industry is advantageous, but this can be learned on the job with the right attitude.
