SEN 1:1 Tutor – DE4 (Matlock)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in a young person’s life? We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic SEN 1:1 Tutor to support students in the DE4 (Matlock) area, helping them build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to deliver personalised, face-to-face 1:1 tuition to learners with additional needs, where every session truly makes an impact.

What You’ll Do
Provide engaging, tailored one-to-one, face-to-face tutoring sessions for students with SEN
Plan and deliver personalised lessons based on individual learning needs
Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and abilities
Support both academic progress and emotional development
Build strong, positive relationships that encourage confidence and engagement
Track progress and provide clear feedback

About You
You have experience working with children or young people
You have experience supporting students with SEN
You are confident delivering personalised, engaging sessions
You are patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting learners
You hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
You have the right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
