Our client, a boutique hedge fund with offices across the EMEA and APAC regions, is looking to hire an Office Manager into their London office as the firm goes through a period of expansion.


Reporting directly into the London CEO and supporting teams across the board, the hire stepping into this role will take on a broad remit managing all areas of office operations across London. Responsibilities will include managing all office administration as well as acting as a key point of contact for external vendors; this can range from cyber security vendors and data providers to hardware and facilities management services. The hire will also work to manage communications internally across teams and with the firm’s global client base.


Additionally, the hire will also take on an important role with budget management with regards to office finances, travel and expenses for all employees as well as broader HR responsibilities for onboarding new employees as the firm expands in all locations. The hire will also work closely with the firm’s client services team to support with query management, document sharing and support the marketing team with logistics for investor meetings, travel and marketing presentations.


This is a business-critical hire - our client has budgeted up to £85k on the base and a high performer will receive a large % bonus.
