The successful candidate needs to have at least 6-12 mths experience in residential conveyancing matters. You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to use your initiative and be a real team player. You will be good at building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues. Organisational, communication and IT skills to include Microsoft Office applications, combined with prior experience in a legal environment are essential to the team.
