Role & Responsibility. See below what we are looking for from the right candidate: Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement the Marketing Strategy and Plan for Bamboo Nine Lead marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition and brand awareness. Research, build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and publications. Collaborate with the Organic and Paid Social Media teams to maintain active, engaging content across our social channels, showcasing our expertise and company culture. Work with the CSO and COO to optimise the prospect journey, enhancing client acquisition, and develop bespoke, industry-focused sales literature and marketing collateral. Regularly create and build emails to promote our services and content. Liaise with clients, partners and the internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Conduct market research using industry tools to inform key decisions relating to new service offerings and client partnerships, working closely with the Strategy team. Manage the planning, coordination and execution of company participation in key industry events, including tradeshows, conferences and networking events, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. ·Take the lead on researching, planning, and launching company events to establish thought-leadership and cultivate stronger prospect and client relationships. Manage our client database for marketing and communication purposes. Person Specifics. What we want from the individual: You will be a proactive, organised individual with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a marketing role at an Executive or Manager level is essential. A CIM qualification is preferable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
