Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: GCS Solicitors, Armagh Employment Type: Full Time Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM 5:00 PM and Friday 9:30 AM 4.30 PM About the Role: GCS Solicitors is seeking two motivated Administrative Assistants to join our Litigation and Conveyancing & Probate departments. The successful candidates will provide vital administrative support under the supervision of our solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal teams. Key Responsibilities: Managing and organising legal documents and correspondence Scheduling appointments and managing solicitor diaries Preparing and formatting legal documents and court bundles Handling client enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly Assisting with file opening and closing procedures Data entry and maintaining accurate case records Coordinating with external agencies and court offices as required Supporting billing and invoicing processes General office administration duties Requirements: Minimum of one years relevant administrative experience Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks What We Offer: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Pension scheme Training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally Early finish Friday Closing Date: Friday, 27th June 2025 at 5 PM
