3. Provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
4. Advise and support managers on employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary matters.
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
7. Deliver training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
8. Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
9. Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives that align with business goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
10. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
11. Proven experience in an HR advisory or similar role
12. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
15. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
