This consultancy is trusted to take on senior commercial and change roles on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects, often playing a pivotal part in whether schemes succeed financially. Their work spans dispute resolution, compensation claims, and complex change management under NEC contracts. Essential Requirements: - 6 years minimum of QS experience within
main contractor or subcontractor
environments. -
Degree-qualified
in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline. - Demonstrable
civil engineering
project background (minor or major civils) - Strong understanding of
NEC
contracts through direct project experience. -
Change management
experience. - Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role) - A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development. The selection process includes two interview stages; a face-to-face interview will be involved as a part of the process.
