Overview
You\'ll lead and support staff across a 24-hour service, act as the senior decision-maker in complex situations, and work with partners across health, social care, emergency services, and the voluntary sector to deliver recovery-focused, patient-centred care. We are seeking someone with significant experience in mental health crisis, liaison, or inpatient services; strong leadership and decision-making skills; a passion for innovation and partnership working; and a commitment to our Trust values: Togetherness, Responsibility, Excellence, Caring.

Responsibilities
* Provide dynamic clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced urgent care service.
* Offer rapid crisis assessment, intervention, and safe alternatives to A&E.
* Lead and support staff across a 24-hour service and act as the senior decision-maker in complex situations.
* Collaborate with partners across health, social care, emergency services, and the voluntary sector to deliver recovery-focused, patient-centred care.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Senior Clinician (Nurse/OT/Social Worker) with significant experience in mental health crisis, liaison, or inpatient services.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
* Passion for innovation and partnership working.
