Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Escalate complex issues to second-line support when necessary.
* Assist with user account management, including Active Directory and Office 365.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a similar IT support or service desk role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking.
* Familiarity with Active Directory and remote desktop support tools.
