Maintenance Worker Required
Roles and Responsibilities
* General Maintenance:
* perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
* Repairs:
* Handle necessary repairs, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance.
* Emergency Response:
* Respond to urgent maintenance issues, such as leaks or equipment failures, to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
* Installation: Install appliances and equipment, ensuring compliance with local and state building codes.
* Inventory Management:
* Maintain an inventory of repair supplies and equipment, ordering new materials as needed.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Technical Knowledge:
* Solid understanding of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
* Physical Stamina:
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
* Attention to Detail:
* Strong attention to detail to identify potential issues and ensure high-quality work.
* Problem-Solving Skills:
* Ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions quickly.
