What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Part-time Sales Assistant to join our team at our Marylebone store in London. Our salespeople are our greatest asset, helping us grow the Bimba y Lola culture in the UK.
We want a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with an interest in fashion, a good sense of touch, excellent listening skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

What will you do?
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will:
* Provide excellent customer service, acting as the principal brand ambassador and helping to create the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
* Manage the entire customer journey, from greeting to final sale, addressing requests or complaints.
* Handle stock counting, control, deliveries, and stockroom maintenance.
* Organize products on the shop floor, implement visual merchandising guidelines, and collaborate on visual changes and window displays.
We are looking for someone with at least one year of customer service experience, a passion for fashion, and a client-oriented approach. Immediate availability to join our Marylebone store team is essential, with flexibility to work at other London stores if needed.
