Nursing Home Management opportunity available with a family run provider in South Wales for their service in Llanelli / Camarthen.
Our client is a developing care provider who require an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the Llanelli area.
The Owner is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their 38 bed nursing home providing specialist care and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CIW.
Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:
1. Overall responsibility of the home
2. Staff management/ appraisals/ training
3. Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
4. Budgets/ business development / marketing
Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
1. Proven track record of successful home
2. Home management experience
3. Ideally nurse registered but would consider non-nurse managers
4. Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
5. Sound knowledge of CIW and Care Standards
