We have an exciting role available for a People Advisor within the People Team, based at our Head Office in Shirley, Solihull.
You will play a vital part within our small and friendly team, promoting best practice and company values for all people activities across our branches/offices and with our 400+ colleagues.
The Person
The successful candidate should have strong relationship building skills and have a desire to promote positive employee relations with an emphasis on good communication.
Experience of working at Advisor level is essential, whilst experience working with a HRIS would be beneficial.
Key Tasks
* Promote the culture and values that foster a positive working environment and best practice
* Recruitment coordination
* Provide advice to managers on all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, absence, grievance, and performance matters
* Dealing with various People queries throughout the business
* Support training coordination and apprenticeships
* Assist in the delivery of key projects
* Promote and improve The People services
* Support the successful delivery of all People processes, policies and systems
