The successful candidate will be handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with care and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so it is vital that support is given and issues are resolved ensuring an excellent customer experience. The duties of a Customer Service Advisor: Answering inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries Logging and updating customer information accurately on the systems. Providing advice, information, and support to customers. Escalating queries or issues to relevant departments when necessary. Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach with all customers. The requirements of a Customer Service Advisor: Previous experience in customer service or call handling is desirable Experience working with Salesforce is an advantage Excellent communication and listening skills.
