As part of this evolution, they are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable (AR) Assistant to join their London team and help ensure smooth, accurate and efficient cashflow management.
Your new role
As the Accounts Receivable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining healthy financial operations by ensuring timely invoicing, accurate payment allocation and strong customer relationships. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service and Finance, you’ll help maintain clean ledgers, resolve payment queries and contribute to continuous improvements across the AR process.
1. Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time
2. Allocating iing payments and maintaining up‑to‑date customer accounts
3. Following up on outstanding balances and managing debtor queries
4. Supporting month‑end activities, including reconciliations and reporting
5. Assisting with credit checks and maintaining customer records
6. Contributing to process improvements within the AR function

What you'll need to succeed

12. A degree in Accountancy & Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline
