Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and high-potential leader ready to make a significant impact in a large, customer-focused organisation? Do you thrive in environments of growth and change, with a passion for cultivating exceptional talent and driving strategic initiatives? We are seeking an inspiring Head of Organisational Effectiveness to step into a pivotal leadership role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a comprehensive people-focused function within an organisation undergoing an exciting period of integration and strategic advancement. You'll be instrumental in shaping our culture and future success.
The Opportunity:
As the Head of Organisational Effectiveness, you will lead a talented team across Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and Change Management.
This role is crucial in delivering key strategic priorities, including:
* Spearheading the implementation of our newly approved EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) and People strategies, ensuring a truly inclusive and great place to work.
* Overseeing the critical change management for a major ERP implementation, going live in April 2026.
* Driving robust talent management and succession planning processes to nurture our future leaders.
* Elevating our leadership development initiatives and performance management frameworks.
* Managing a substantial annual L&D budget and acting as an internal subject matter expert for organisational development.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a decisive, action-oriented, and charismatic leader ready to embrace a broad and busy remit. A strong background operating in a regulatory environment or large, customer-centric industries would be highly beneficial.
You'll be someone who can:
* Demonstrate a strong delivery focus and make effective decisions.
* Bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
* Inspire and provide clear direction to a diverse team.
* Confidently manage multiple, often competing, priorities.
* Adapt to a fast-paced environment and make decisions with agility.
Compensation and Location:
This role offers a competitive salary range of £85,000 - £95,000.
You'll have the flexibility to be based at either our West London or Surrey offices, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office.
