Carpenter Multi Trade – Bristol
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in Bristol to work on social housing property maintenance.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34,320 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and other benifits.
Fortnightly pay.
Carpenter Multi TradeDay to Day:
1. All aspects of maintenance work in properties in the Bristol area
2. Main focus on carpentry work
3. Replacing doors, locks, flooring, skirting, architraves, boxing etc
4. Driving a company van safely and responsibly
5. Reporting to your supervisor
6. Dealing/ speaking with customers politely and professionally
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
7. Carpentry Qualification
8. Good multi trade experience
9. Previous experience working within social housing – desirable
10. Good attitude
11. Honest and reliable
12. Full UK driving license
13. DBS will be done for successful candidate
