Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in business development? We're seeking a talented individual to join our established finance and accounting recruitment agency in the charming town of Harpenden.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our team, you will focus on growing our client base and placing exceptional talent across the South West. You'll work with either transactional, part-qualified or qualified accountancy roles throughout commerce and industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing new business relationships with finance departments across the South West
2. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
3. Building and maintaining your candidate network
4. Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
5. Contributing to the agency's continued growth and success
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within finance or accounting
7. Strong business development skills with a demonstrable history of winning new clients
8. Excellent relationship building abilities and a consultative approach
9. Self-motivated with a hunger for success
10. Knowledge of the South West business landscape (advantageous)
