What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and enhance mobile applications using Flutter across key platforms
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a strong architectural mindset
* Take ownership of your work, from planning through to delivery
* Contribute to technical discussions and help shape engineering best practices
* Mentor junior engineers through hands-on support and knowledge sharing
* Work alongside designers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
* Background in native mobile development (iOS/Android) or similar strongly typed languages
* Solid understanding of mobile architectures (e.g. MVVM, MVP)
* Experience building scalable, testable applications with clean design patterns
* Hands-on experience with UI development, design systems, and tools like Figma
* Good knowledge of testing approaches (unit, integration, UI testing)
* Familiarity with Git workflows and modern development practices
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes
* Knowledge of mobile security, APIs, and microservices architecture
* Passion for technology and continuous learning
